You are hereby summoned to attend a meeting of the Finance Committee to be held on Monday 25th September 2023 commencing at 7pm to be held at The Parish Rooms, Main Road, Hundleby.

1.Apologies for Absence (YS)   

To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Parish Clerk prior to the meeting.

2.To receive declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011-being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interests and any written request for dispensation as outlined in the Council’s Code of Conduct. (ALL)

3.To appoint a Chair of the Finance Committee.

4.Parish Rooms

a.To review Parish Room Hirer’s Fee and Charges

b.To formulate an effective method for the hire and charging of the Parish Rooms

c.To consider how to increase the number of lettings.

5.To review the Parish Council Budget to date and made amendments as necessary.

6.To review the Parish Council Asset Register to ensure all items are included.

7. To review the Parish Council Insurance to ensure it is fit for purpose.
