Dear Councillor

You are hereby summoned to attend a meeting of the Full Council to be held on Monday 4th September 2023 commencing at 7pm to be held at The Parish Rooms, Main Road, Hundleby.

There will be a public session at the beginning of the meeting. Reports may be heard from Lincolnshire County Councillor and East Lindsey District Councillors and questions from residents. This session will not be minuted.

1. Apologies for Absence (BS)   

To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Parish Clerk prior to the meeting.

2. To receive declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011-being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interests and any written request for dispensation as outlined in the Council’s Code of Conduct. (ALL)

3. To approve as a correct record the notes of the meetings;-

a. Full Council Meeting held on 3rd July 2023

b.Staffing Committee on 16th August 2023                                                       (LCM)

4. To approve and resolve;-

a.  The decisions made by the Staffing Committee at the meeting held on 16th August 2023.

b. The revised Terms of Reference for Staffing Committee

c. The costs involved regarding salaries

5. To receive;-

6. To consider and approve the meeting dates for the year 23/24

7. To consider and approve taking the Civility and Respect Pledge for Town and Parish Councils as per  LALC news 7/7/23 emailed to Councillors 7/7/23)

8. To consider and approve bidding for a Defibrillator for the Parish Rooms, Tennis Club or alternative sites within the parish as per LALC news 7/7/23 emailed to Councillors 7/7/23.

9. To consider applying for the Bridging the gap of isolation grant available from East Lindsey District Council for any support groups which use the Parish Rooms as per the News Release20/7/23 emailed to Councillors 24/7/23.

10. To consider and approve attendance at the Chair and Clerk Training on the 4th October 2023 for the Chair and Clerk at a cost of £12.50 per person.

11. To consider and approve the transfer of £2,000 from the 32 day account to cover the cost of the replacement windows for the Parish Rooms which was paid for from the Current Account and also the Clerks Salaries in the future.

12. To consider and make any comments on the Tree Preservation Application 0085/23/TPA from East Lindsey District Council dated 1/8/23 and emailed to Councillors 20/8/23.

13. To receive an update on the recent Village Polls on the installation of a flagpole and the formation of a Community Speed Watch Team                                                        (NT)

14. To receive an update from the Parish Rooms Working Party                       (LCM)

15. To consider and approve the purchase of a gazebo/marquee for the use at village events by the Parish Council.                                                                                               (LCM)

16. To note Full Planning Permission given to N/088/01174/23- 56 Main Road Hundleby for extension to dwelling

17. To receive the income and expenditure report for the Parish Rooms           (YS)

18. To authorise the signing of orders for payment and to note income (YS)
