HUNDLEBY PARISH COUNCIL ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Dear Parishioners and Councillors of Hundleby
The Annual General Meeting of Hundleby Parish Council will be held on Monday 24th May at 7pm in the Hundleby Parish Rooms. Parishioners are invited to attend and comments and observations will be welcomed to 7.15pm The AGM will then commence. The purpose of the Meeting is to elect Officers, re-adopt policies and re-authorize financial matters.

To receive any declarations of interest in accordance with the Localism Act 2011.
To receive notes, to be adopted as minutes, of the Parish Council Meeting 4th May 21.
