HUNDLEBY PARISH COUNCIL

 

Dear Parishioners and Councillors of Hundleby

 

An ordinary meeting of Hundleby Parish Council will be held on Tuesday 4th May at 7pm via the ZOOM website. Please contact the clerk for details. Email clerk.hundleby.pc@gmail.com

 

Parishioners are invited to attend a public forum to enable Parishioners to ask questions or make comments. This will be held from 7pm until 7.15pm, following the Annual Parish Meeting, before the official Council meeting.

The Ordinary Council meeting will start at 7.15pm or at the conclusion of the public forum. All Councillors should be present at 6.30pm for the Annual Parish Meeting.

To receive a report from the Chair of Finance Committee:

          a. Hundleby Parish Council financial position.

          c.  Renewal of Village Hall Insurance and Completion of Asset Register          

          d. Update re 'Scribe' Finance package

          e. Update re replacement of Parish Rooms windows.

          f. Update on management of Christmas Tree Fund

          g. Replacement of kitchen appliances esp fridge

          h. Update on Electricity Readings in Parish Rooms       

To discuss planning applications and related correspondence.

          b. 'Lift' 2 trees Milners Lane

To discuss the replacement of the Clerk's Laptop.

To receive a report from the Events Committee.

To discuss the recent application for an allotment.
