All councillors are summoned to attend the next meeting of Hundleby Parish Council in the Parish Rooms. This is an open meeting and the Press and the Public are all welcome.
There is an Open Forum for public participation at every meeting when members of the public are invited to ask questions or make short statements to the Council in relation to the business on the agenda. The Press and Public are not permitted to take part in the debates during the meeting.

- To open the meeting
- To appoint a Chair
- To note apologies and accept valid reasons of absence
- In accordance with the Localism Act 2022, to declare pecuniary interests for any items on the agenda (as outlined in the Council’s Code of Conduct) and to consider requests for dispensations 1
- To receive and approve the draft notes of the meeting held on the 3rd October 2022
- To receive reports from the County Councillor and District Councillor

- To formally note financial position
- To formally note the bank reconciliations
- To approve the clerk’s pay award for 22/23 of £11.63/hour for SCP7
- To approve the transfer of £2,747 from the Reserves account to the 32-day account
- To discuss the draft budget for 2023/24

- To consider any planning applications received since the last meeting

- To receive correspondence concerning a planning appeal submitted regarding land off Masonic Lane. Appeal reference: APP/D2510/W/22/3302271 and consider action
- To discuss village issues
- To receive an update on highways matters
- To discuss contributing 50% (£605.50) towards Spilsby Town Council’s costs to provide a defibrillator to be situated to the east of Hundleby under Public Health Act 1936 s.234 (clerk)
- To discuss the Parish Rooms
- To receive an update concerning work required to the Parish Rooms (clerk)
- To discuss the decoration of the Parish Rooms for Christmas (clerk)
- To discuss internal Parish Council issues
- To consider candidates for co-option for the councillor vacancy (clerk)
- To consider rescheduling the Council’s January meeting (clerk)
- To consider a request to display the old minute books etc at an event to be organised in the Parish Rooms in 2023 (clerk)
- To receive correspondence and resolve action if required
- Clerk and Councillor Reports (for information only), including a review of actions from minutes and matters that councillors wish to be brought to the next or subsequent meetings. No decisions may be made under this section, but councillors may wish to flag up issues
- To consider excluding the public and press under the Public Bodies (Admissions to Meetings) Act 1960 to discuss applications received for the cleaners position (Cllr Tilsley)
- To note the date of the next meeting
