There is an Open Forum for public participation at every meeting when members of the Public are invited to address Council Members relating to council matters. The Press and Public are not permitted to take part in the debates during the meeting.

Application reference N/088/00830/22 has been received for 97 Main Road, Hundleby - Extensions to existing detached garage to provide additional living accommodation.

 

  1. To note any planning decisions and/or appeal notifications since the last meeting

 

  1. To discuss village issues
    1. To receive an update on highways matters
    2. To receive an update on the allotments and review the current agreement
    3. To discuss including the verges at the allotment entrance on the Main Road in the grounds maintenance work schedule
    4. To consider and approve to the purchase of two benches (costing approximately £550-£600 each ex-VAT) for the Green to mark the Jubilee and replace the existing metal circular bench  and to apply for ELDC Jubilee funding to meet the cost of one of the benches and associated installation costs.

 

  1. To discuss internal Parish Council issues
    1. To receive terms of the new electricity contract (estimated £990.40 per year) and  discuss increasing hall hire rates
    2. To consider replacement of the existing heating token meter with a timed push button (Estimated cost £105 plus cost of making good the internal wall)
    3. To receive a quotation for the replacement of the Parish Rooms fascia boards and guttering
    4. To receive a request for a key to the Parish Rooms from a regular hirer
    5. To consider and approve appointing a conveyancer to register the Parish Rooms with the Land Registry

Please note if it is “urgent” only because it was not notified in time to appear on the agenda it should be left till the next meeting. If it is genuinely “urgent” that is, it was too late for the agenda and it will be too late for action if left till the next ordinary meeting the Chairman and the clerk need to decide whether an additional meeting should  be called or actioned during this meeting
