HUNDLEBY PARISH COUNCIL

Dear Parishioners and Councilllors of Hundleby,

The Ordinary Meeting of Hundleby Parish Council will be held on Monday 1st February 2021 at 7.30pm via the Zoom  website. Please contact the Clerk for details. Tel 01790 612001.

The Old Post Office 30 Main Road, Hundleby.

Parishioners are invited to attend a public forum to enable Parishioners to ask questions or make comments. This will be held from 7.30pm-7.45 pm, before the Official meeting.

The Ordinary Council meeting will start at 7.45 or at the conclusion of the public forum whichever is the sooner. All Councillors should be present at 7.30 pm

     1. Apologies  for absence and acceptance of any reasons given.

2. Declarations of interest.

3. Minutes of the ordinary meeting held on 11th January 2021 to be approved and signed.

4. a) To approve the payment of invoices for goods and services.

    b) Balances at the bank.

5. Activities and fundraising, report from the Committee

6. To discuss altering the starting time for Parish Council meeting to 7.00 pm

     7. To discuss the deeds for the allotments.

     8. Fire Risk Assessment report and discussion on the quotes received for the         service of equipment.

9. Discussion about having a smart meter installed at the Parish Rooms.

9. Report of an irregular paving slab on the path around the Village green. To discuss action to be taken.

10. Correspondence, for information only.

     11.  Items for inclusion on the Agenda of the next meeting.

 

The next meeting will be held on Monday 1st March.
