Dog Disclaimer Notice
Dog owners are responsible for their dogs at all times. It is up to the dog owner to
- insure their dog/s
- keep their dog/s under close control at all times
- remove dog/s bothering others preferably before Hirer asks
- be liable for any damage or accident caused by their dog/s
- clear up after any mess or bodily fluids, spillage kit available
- witness write up of any incident in the accident book
There is no claim against the Parish Council nor individual Parish Councillors for any incident.
