Dear Councillor

You are hereby summoned to attend a meeting of the Full Council to be held on Monday 2nd October 2023 commencing at 7pm to be held at The Parish Rooms, Main Road, Hundleby.

There will be a public session at the beginning of the meeting. Reports may be heard from Lincolnshire County Councillor and East Lindsey District Councillors and questions from residents. This session will not be minuted.

1.    Apologies for Absence (YS)   

To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Parish Clerk prior to the meeting.

2.    To receive declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011-being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interests and any written request for dispensation as outlined in the Council’s Code of Conduct. (ALL)

3.    To approve as a correct record the notes of the meetings;-

a.    Full Council Meeting held on 4th September 2023

b.    Finance Meeting Held on 25th September 2023                                                                                          (LCM)

c.   To approve and resolve the decisions made by the Finance Committee at the meeting held on 25th September 2023.

4.    To receive;-

5.     To undertake a Training Needs Analysis for Councillors to establish training needs.

6.     To consider and approve allowing the Church Contractors to use the toilets in the Parish Rooms during the renovation work following a request by the Church Warden.

7.     To receive feedback from the Lincolnshire Day and the Yard Sale held on the 1st October 2023  (LCM)

8.     To consider and approve the purchase of daffodils for the parish at a cost of approximately a £45 per 25kg bag.    (PM)

9.     To consider and approve the purchase of a Poppy Wreath for laying at the Memorial in the Churchyard for Remembrance Day in November at a cost of approximately £25 (RB)

10.    To consider and approve a Councillor Led Working Party to produce a Management Plan to included aims and objectives for the future.                                                                                                                                                                (JC)

11.     To consider and approve the Finance Committee to be responsible for the production, review and audit of Policies and to include an Environmental Policy.                                                                                                                                        (JC)

12.     To receive Planning Applications outcomes.
