Dear Councillor
You are hereby summoned to attend a meeting of the Full Council to be held on Monday 3rd July 2023 commencing at 7pm to be held at the Parish Rooms, Main Road, Hundleby.
There will be a public session at the beginning of the meeting. Reports may be heard from Lincolnshire County Councillor and East Lindsey District Councillors and questions from residents. This session will not be minuted.

1. Apologies for Absence (BS)
To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Parish Clerk prior to the meeting.
2. To receive declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011-being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interests and any written request for dispensation as outlined in the Council’s Code of Conduct. (ALL)
3. To approve as a correct record the notes of the meeting held on 5th June 2023. (LCM)
4. To consider the adoption of the following Policies (LCM)
a. Standing Orders
b. Complaints Policy
c. Abuse and Vexatious Complaints
d. Grants Policy
5. To consider the creation of a Community Orchard on the Allotment Site as per East Lindsey District Council’s initiative ‘Bearing Fruits’
6. To receive an update on the village poll for the proposed Lincolnshire Day Event (NT)
7. To receive an update on the village poll regarding the installation of a flagpole (NT)
8. To receive an update on the village poll regarding the Community Speed Watch (NT)
9. To receive an update from the Parish Rooms Working Party (LCM)
10. To consider a donation towards the running costs of the defibrillator houses at the Hundleby Hotel at a cost of approximately £150 (LCM)
11. To authorise the signing of orders for payment and to note income (BS)
12. To consider planning application S/165/00884/23 Granary Close, Spilsby for the erection of 38 dwellings. (deferred from the previous meeting)
