All councillors are summoned to attend the next meeting of Hundleby Parish Council in the Parish Rooms. This is an open meeting and the Press and the Public are all welcome.

There is an Open Forum for public participation at every meeting when members of the public are invited to ask questions or make short statements to the Council in relation to the business on the agenda. The Press and Public are not permitted to take part in the debates during the meeting.

2. To witness J Caitlin signing the Declaration of Acceptance of Office as member of Hundleby Parish Council

   1. To consider any planning applications received since the last meeting

9. To discuss village issues
   1. To receive an update on highways matters
   2. To discuss contributing 50% (£605.50) towards Spilsby Town Council’s costs to provide a defibrillator to be situated to the east of Hundleby under Public Health Act 1936 s.234 (clerk)
   3. To discuss the application for the ELDC Councillor grant funding 

10. To discuss the Parish Rooms
    1. To receive a motion to discuss reversing the decision to exclude dogs from the Parish Rooms

 (Cllrs Parker and Tilsley)

2. To receive an estimate for replacing the kitchen door on the Parish Rooms and discuss quotes for replacement of front door and toilet windows (clerk)

11. To discuss internal Parish Council issues
    1. To consider candidates for co-option for the councillor vacancies
    2. To consider and approve the Allotment Garden policy, Tenancy Agreement and determine plot rent (Cllr Maddison)
    3. To receive and note the Annual Compliance Checklist, Fire Evacuation Plan, Annual Fire Risk Assessment
    4. To review the Council’s website Accessibility Statement
