An ordinary meeting of Hundleby Parish Council will be held on Tuesday 6th April at 7pm via the ZOOM website. Please contact the clerk for details. Email clerk.hundleby.pc@gmail.com
Parishioners are invited to attend a public forum to enable Parishioners to ask questions or make comments. This will be held from 7pm until 7.15pm, before the official meeting.
The Ordinary Council meeting will start at 7.15pm or at the conclusion of the public forum. All Councillors should be present at 7pm.

To receive any declarations of interest in accordance with the Localism Act 2011.
Notes of the Full Councill meeting held 1st March 2021 to be approved as minutes.
To receive a report from County Councillor Bill Arron and discuss Highways matters
a. Traffic Regulation Order
b. Resurfacing of Church Lane
To receive the Minutes of the Finance Committee 18th February 2021.
To receive a report from the Chair of Finance Committee:
a. Hundleby Parish Council financial position.
b. Payments for approval.
c. Feed back from meeting with the Internal Auditor Mr Richard Richmond and Finance Committee meeting 24th March 2021
d. Proposal to subscribe to 'Scribe' Finance package
e.To dicuss the 4 quotations received for replacement of Parish Rooms windows.
f.Update on proposed new bank account for Christmas Tree Fund
g.Replacement of kitchen appliances esp fridge
To discuss any planning applications and the proposed update to East Lindsey Local Plan.
To receive a report from the Events Committee.
To discuss the recent application for an allotment.
To discuss and arrange 'Hundleby Litter Pick'.

Agenda items for next meeting of the Full Council on Tuesday 4th May- the first Monday being a Bank Holiday.
Notice is given that the Annual Parish meeting will be held at 6.30pm 4th May before the Full Parish Council meeting. All Parishioners are invited to attend via ZOOM.
